As if a milisecond of peeping only to delete the message upon her phone had dirtied her the scarlet had taken a long shower. Scrubbing to the point of injury she’d left the bathroom nearly red as her hair.
Rubbing a towel through her hair in a furious manner she accessed the damage done to her phone. The screen was cracked a bit more this time around but still readable considering a notification flashed over it alerting her to another received text. Why did she even bother at this point? It was obviously some sort of ploy to torture her and in other cases scar her for life.
“OF ALL THE PEOPLE– OF ALL THE FUCKING PEOPLE!”
In this case it was meant to scar her… Someone out there must really enjoy the idea of her visiting a therapist until the visions of nude men stopped dancing in her head.
