He had taken her out into the forest around Kumogakure, for he would use what he had available. Stone would be too much for her just yet; she was not yet prepared to work at that level. 

As such, he stopped when he found a tree that was sufficiently wide around, sufficient enough for what they were doing. 

“This will do. Slice it through without using chakra.” A tall order, for anyone to do with just their physical strength. He knew that with her sword arm alone, it would seem impossible. But that was the point. 

Normally she didn’t mind waking up early yet today was very different considering whom she had to tag along with. She made sure to pin the male with one of her harsher stares, she wasn’t one to forget so easily. After all he had broken a perfectly good leg only to set it again. If it weren’t for the medics she knew she would’ve been out of commission much longer than anticipated.

                                “– You’re kidding.”

She spoke once they came to a stop, if the tree was a smidge thinner there would be no complaints. Doing it without chakra was even a bit more harder considering the thin layer she did use would do the trick in this case.

                                              “I can’t do that, I can tell by looking at it.”
