He really shouldn’t be insulting people as he wanders past them, but then if they were going to ask stupid questions in a stupidly loud voice then they were going to get treated as though they were stupid.

Name calling her for whatever reason would cause her to disregard any helpful amount of information tossed her way. Quite frankly she was in no mood for it considering she wasn’t sure if the poor guy was hungry or cold or even tired. He wouldn’t sit still long enough for her to grab him, seemingly finding solace within her headband rather than in his enclosure where she last kept him.
