If I recall Kumogakure was destroyed during the war. While I doubt it would lose its status as a major village I believe it’ll suffer from a stint of weakness. Four years later the village would be partially rebuilt within the crater while it slowly receives civilian inhabitants. Any Kumo shinobi who have survived the war return to help bring the village back to its once flourishing status.

Because the restoration process can be a tad complicated Kumo has had to reach out to other villages for help in the way of supplies and protection. The village itself still vulnerable due to its low count in the way of able bodied shinobi. Due to the allied forces in the past however, the shinobi villages have helped tighten the security as the village is slowly revived.

A as the Raikage has stepped down at this point and has passed the torch to Darui making him the Fifth Raikage.
